Hamstring curls are a funs way to tone a woman’s butt. This is also the only time that she will need any equipment. The woman needs to insert a midsized ball between her ankles and lay on her stomach. While squeezing her muscles she should slowly curl her legs towards her back. After a few reps she should be able to feel the effects in her thighs, lower back, and rear end.

Kickbacks are another great way to get a lusher rear. Since this particular routine requires that the individual stand on one foot while kicking the free foot up and back, only a person with reasonably good balance should try it. The kick should happen for 10-15 reps of three kicks each. While kicking the woman should compress her muscles.

Exercises to make your butt look bigger are only part of the process. Getting the rest of the woman’s body toned and in shape is going to work wonders to boost her self-confidence. Getting herself into shape means that she is going to have to work out more regularly and also eat plenty of protein.
