Why should we have to envy and feel jealous of those with good physique? But don’t be fooled, their body didn’t come over night, it required work, dedication, dieting, training and much more. It all comes down to one simple rule, are you willing to work hard to achieve the body you want?
First step into this dream body of yours is easy. Time to fix your diet. For a base for your new body, you need to start eating healthy. You don’t have to do anything drastic, just be careful about what you eat. Try keeping a log of all the food you eat over a couple days. This kind of knowledge is so valuable, because now you have your diet written down and you can make exact changes. This is crucial because your gains depend on this knowledge. A healthy diet would consist of lean meats, dairy, fruits and veggies, fish, poultry and good protein. This starts with buying your groceries.
Second, you’ll need to get a work out routine. You can go either one of three ways with this, hiring a personal trainer, trusting your friends or families advice or getting your information online. Personal trainers cost around 30-60 dollars a sessions. Times that by 3-4 sessions a week by 40ish weeks in a year and you have 4,200 dollars a year! You could end up spending around 5,100 a year with all the gym fees and what not.
If you didn’t want to find help online, you would be asking a friend or a famil y member. This is where online training methods can help outshine the rest.
