Getting fitter can be difficult because it is a long time goal and requires discipline and self motivation. It is possible to learn how to lose weight fast, but you will not maintain it. In fact, soon after you have lost the weight you will probably put it all back on again. If you learn how to lose weight fast and then try to do so, you are probably not in the right mindset to lose weight over a longer period.
