Apples, oranges, pears and all the other fruit that you can grab and eat straight away should be kept in your fridge as snacks so you can grab them whenever you’re feeling a little hungry.
The next time you’re at your favourite fast food place try checking what fruits they have available, many big chains have now introduced a healthy eating option to the food selection. Finally, if all else fails and you are really pressed for time, you can always buy one of the many pre-made salads at your local super market.
