Beginners should only do this workout ONCE every 2-to-4 weeks and as you get stronger you can progress to once a week. Even I still only do this once every 1-to-2 weeks because this workout is so intense. The key thing to remember is that this workout should not be TOTALLY easy so if you can do the first 15-to-25 reps without even breaking a sweat then you need to use heavier weights. In the video I’m using 135 but now I’ve worked my way up to using 205 pounds for 100 reps by doing 60 seconds of jumping jacks in between each set of 10 jumping jacks so please… use heavier weights if this workout ever gets too easy for you!
