Drills for soccer

The team having the ball has the freedom to utilize their players on each side but the players positioned on the sides can lay their hands on the ball just one time. Moreover, they lack the privilege to keep a count.

This has a lot of positive effect on the player’s ability to dribble, shoot and control the ball. In addition, this soccer practice drill helps the player’s increases their stamina and strength manifold.
